After beginning his career with Dimmitt and Owens Financial, Bill was asked by the Founding CEO of Silicon Valley Bank to launch a new concept in financial services. He founded and managed the highly successful Financial Services Division of Silicon Valley Bank, introducing a unique financing solution to technology companies on a national level. Thereafter, he founded Pacific Business Funding, which was later acquired by Cupertino National Bank.
 Tim Johnson
A Silicon Valley Senior Executive for more than 25 years, Tim has been a successful entrepreneur, venture capitalist and crisis manager. Focusing on the asset-based lending, debt capital and venture capital sectors since 1990, Ron brings to Sand Hill Finance diverse experience in emerging growth lending and investing. Ron has worked at both independent and public finance companies to establish credit facilities and initiate investments in venture funds during which he has been instrumental in the formation of four separate companies/divisions. Ron has served in positions as diverse as Director of Marketing, Senior Credit Officer, Director of Operations, and Primary Officer to the SBA.
 Mike Henry
Initially involved in financial analysis with Morgan Stanley and the New York Stock Exchange, Mike began focusing on business valuations for privately held companies with the Valuenomics Research Company, Inc. more than 5 years ago. From there, he moved to Pacific Business Funding where he managed ongoing and revolving lines of credit for corporate clients before taking the lead as Portfolio Manager for Sand Hill Finance.

In the asset-based lending field since 1990, Dave served as an Account Executive and Loan Officer at Bean Commercial Finance and then Alliance Financial Capital. Gaining fast experience in the underwriting of new and existing accounts, at Pacific Business Funding Dave was involved in all aspects of client service including deal origination, credit management and portfolio management. From there Dave, moved to Sand Hill, where he works daily to exceed the needs of our clients.
